It takes upwards of 1-2 hours per person or pet to be illustrated. 

How to Order

Step One: Select your Illustration requirements

Step Two: Upload a photo you'd like the artwork based on

Step Three: add to cart and finalise payment

You'll then receive your artwork for review to make colour edits or adjustments. The illustration price includes one round of edits. 

Digital Format

Your high-resolution illustration is delivered in digital format only (.pdf, .png) for use on social media, or to take to a printer to get printed. This allows you more freedom over what medium (canvas, paper, mugs, stubby-coolers) you would like your artwork printed on. 

Printed & Framed

If you select to have your illustration printed and framed, it's provided in high-resolution print quality (300dpi) on matte paper, framed in the colour and size of your choice. 

Choosing a photo

When choosing a photo to get illustrated, it's important to make sure that it's high resolution. If taken on a smartphone, it will be high resolution. If you have screenshot the image, or taken it from social media, this won't be high resolution enough to get the finer details. 

If you're unsure which photo to choose, send a selection in the email to the designer and we can give you guidance on the best option for illustration. 

Please note, backgrounds are not included in the illustration. 

Privacy

By purchasing a custom illustration, and emailing a high-resolution photograph, you agree that you have permission to use the photograph and provide authorisation to your illustrator to use the photo for illustration purposes only. 

Photos of nudity will be accepted. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for custom illustrations. If you're not happy with the final product, or it's been damage during transit, please email hello@brodi-rose.com.

You'll be provided with a tracking number for your item. Please note, these timeframes are a guide only and delays can occur during peak seasons/weather events.
