Within 24 hours, you'll receive a customised proposal outlining my recommendations and how we can get started.

- Branding Questionnaire
- Services Agreement & Invoice
- Project Timeline (so you know we'll stay on track)
- Invitation to book a VIP session

The Branding Questionnaire helps me gain insight into your business, ideal audience, competitors, industry and values. It also helps me understand the future vision and goals for your business. 

3 week Project Timeline:
Once we've had our VIP session, I take all the information you've provided me, and weave magic into 2 concept options. These concepts will represent two directions that will appeal to your audience, and align with your long term goals. 

The initial Brand Concepts will include your chosen moodboard, suite of logos, ideation (reasons why customisations have been made), typography, colour palette. I'll also explain the visual queues the designs give your audience, and details about my thought process. 

VIP Day (New Brand/Rebrand only):
Your VIP Day starts with a chat about your Branding Questionnaire, your ideal audience and future vision. We then jump straight into designing some initial concepts and you get real-time revisions for the entire day. 

Your VIP day can be 1 x 6 hour session or 2 x 3 hour sessions. 

Your initial concepts are a great way for me to collect feedback and further refine the designs.

You've got the option of providing your feedback via a feedback form, or recording yourself walking through the PDF and vocalising your feedback (whatever is easiest for you!).

If you've chosen the 3 week Project Timeline, you'll get 2 rounds of revisions included. 

If you've chosen the VIP Day, you'll get unlimited revisions on the day. 

Both options give us the opportunity to get the brand assets perrrrrfect. 

Once you've approved your Brand Concept, I'll package up the files and provide them to you in a neat and organised Google Drive Folder.

This is when I'll start rolling out your designs into any add-on's that you've purchased with your package such as Canva Templates, HTML Clickable Email Signature, Animated GIF Stickers and much more.

Now that I've sent you all your deliverables, it's time for the magic to begin. You've now got all the assets and add-ons to take your business next level. 

I can help by promoting your Brand Design project on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook (but I'll get your consent first!)

Recharge: you already have your logos, you just need the branding to accompany it (colours, fonts, pattern, guide).

I'm currently based in Western Australia, but work with clients from the US, UK, UAE and many other locations. I'm more than happy to adjust my schedule to allow us to work together. I've done this in the past by having Zoom calls outside of working hours (such as 3am my time!)

My online merchant facility (Stripe or PayPal) takes payment without you having to worry about security.

This is completely normal. The first round of concepts are a great way for me to get a feel for elements that you like, and what you don’t like. This is why I include more than 1 round of revisions with the process (with the option of more revisions if needed). 

I have had some amazing designs that were concept #1 and approved for the branding, but rest assured we will work together to determine a artistic direction and then roll out into branding. 

No, as a Brand Designer I know the value of providing a business with a brand identity that allows them to communicate to their ideal audience. This can be done through all the elements that make up a brand: multiple versions of logos, colour palette, fonts, graphics, photography and more. While a logo is a great starting point for a new business, an established business knows that more is needed for an effective brand presence. 

If your existing logo works for your business, you love it, and I can see that it's communicating to your audience, then yes; there's a possibility we can work together to roll out supporting brand elements.

Payment options: My secure payment processor allows payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. When the invoice is provided, direct debit options are also provided (as well as international transfer details). Currency conversion happens automatically via my merchant facility.

International currency conversion rates change daily, and typically your bank will be able to advise the exact rate.

Yes! Payment plans can be split into 4 payments over a 2 month period. 25% deposit is required to start the project. 

Yes, I offer a discount for any client who pays the full project amount in full.

If you're experiencing severe financial hardship, or are a not-for-profit, please reach out to me and we can discuss options. 

Yes, I hand over the designer files for logos, and included in my services agreement contract it states that you get the intellectual property.

I may use your designs to promote my work as a Brand Designer, but ownership of the final logos is yours. Working design files for additional assets such as business cards, marketing material and more is by a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional administration fee. 

If you require me to sign an Non Disclosure Agreement, this can be arranged at your expense (legal fees). 

Trademarking logos is not included in my design process, and clients are responsible for submitting a logo for trademark.
